» Dr. Fidel Diaz  Dr. Fidel Diaz is a Mexican medical graduate. After his graduation, he worked as a General Practitioner at a small rural hospital in Southern Mexico. A few years later he was invited to participate as a professor at "La Escuela Nacional de los Educadores de la Salud" a naturopathic school founded at the University of Aguascalientes, Mexico under the direction of the renowned Dr. Jose Inzunza Castro where he served for six years. After his first two years of teaching, he became so convinced of the benefits of using natural therapies to help people in their healing efforts that he joined the program so he underwent the four years of training at the same time he was teaching.
It was under the direction of Dr. Inzunza Castro that he was first introduced to the use of natural therapies in the treatment of cancer in 1985 when he observed a female patient with infiltrated duct breast carcinoma with metastasis to the spine, lungs, and sternum to recover in three months of treatment under the care of Dr. Inzunza Castro. Dr. Diaz has participated in numerous symposiums and workshops in Mexico, U.S.A., and Europe. He is an international lecturer on the subject of herbal therapy, detoxification, hydrotherapy, and nutrition. His belief in the "Wellness" model and "Holistic approach" has enabled him to develop methods and programs to improve the lives of people suffering with chronic and acute diseases providing precise nutritional guidance for those seriously interested in making a conscious effort to achieve healing. For the last 18 years, Dr. Diaz has dedicated his life helping people to deal with terminal or chronic degenerative diseases either working as a direct consultant or as a consultant to their attending physicians in North, Central, and South America. Dr. Diaz has shared his knowledge through workshops, conferences, symposiums, published videos, audios, and pamphlets about alternative medicine therapies at an international level. Because of his passion for the mission field, he has traveled to several Indian reservations in Latin America to counsel them about staying on a healthy diet in order to maintain the strength and vitality that is common to most of these people. He is presently helping in the development of a pilot mission outpost in the mountains of Sonora, Mexico at the Yaqui Indians homeland. A complex that harbors a church, a medical dispensary, and a community service center to provide assistance with food, clothes, nutritional support, and medical services to the people in need. Finally, Dr. Diaz decided to settle down in the beautiful town of Atoka, Oklahoma, at the New Hope Wellness Institute surrounded by a beautiful, natural and healing paradisiacal atmosphere. At this Institute, he is teaching, guiding, and counseling people suffering with terminal as well as chronic and acute diseases and providing precise nutritional guidance for those seriously interested in making a conscious effort to achieve healing or to preserve their health.
