OUR RETURN POLICY
Please note that any item discounted more than 49% is never eligible for return.
Please understand that custom, private label, clearance and certain
sale items will not be accepted for return. Additionally items with
less than 120 days to expiration will not be accepted for return. If
you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let
us know.
During the Return Period, which is 20 calendar
days from the date on your invoice, you may return any unopened product
in saleable condition for a full refund in the form of your initial payment
so long as you:
1. Contact the Generation Plus,
Inc. Accounting Department to:
a. Inform Generation Plus of the reason
for the return of each item.
b. Communicate the quantity of each item
to be returned.
c. Receive a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number for the record of both you and Generation Plus.
-And-
2. Return the product
to Generation Plus, Inc to be received no later than twenty days following
your invoice date.
3. Plainly write the Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package you
return the item(s) in.
-And-
4. Include a copy of the
original invoice with the return shipment.
Any return request made after the 20-day
Return Period, will only be considered for a Generation Plus, Inc. company
credit, to be used towards the purchase of any Generation+ product so
long as you:
1. Contact the Generation
Plus, Inc. Accounting Department to:
a. Inform Generation Plus of the reason for the
return of each item.
b. Communicate the quantity of each item
to be returned.
c. Receive a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number for the record of both you and Generation Plus.
-And-
2. Include a copy of the
original invoice with the return shipment.
A request may be made for a refund in the
form of your initial payment after the 20-day Return Period but will be
done so at the sole discretion of Generation Plus Inc.. If granted a 25%
processing fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your credit card statement and please understand that
shipping charges are not refundable.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy! Any and all information collected at this site
will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented,
loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give to Generation+
will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you
have not consented to. A more detailed explanation about how we safeguard
your personal information is described below. If you have any questions,
please don't hesitate to let us know.
Resale or disclosure of information to third parties:
Generation+ does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information
collected at our site, including membership forms or email lists.
Browser information collected on the website:
Generation+ analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of
the materials available on website. Our website logs are not personally
identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that
actually browse the site.
Privacy of our email lists:
Generation+ maintains several email lists to keep Generation+ customers
informed about breaking events. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join
our mailing lists by contacting Generation+ staff directly at Information
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to
anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to
divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized
